Sukhomlynskyi SSEL of Ukraine, the technical task for conducting the SS, the research program of the theme, approved and recommended by the Academic Council of the V. Sukhomlynskyi SSEL of Ukraine (protocol No. 2 dated February 28, 2023), scientific supervisor A. Guraliuk, PhD of Education, SR. Research object: the technology of building virtual collections of digital educational resources. The purpose of the research: to develop the scientific and methodological principles of building and modernizing virtual digital collections of electronic educational resources. Obtained results: In the process of the research, the Program of complex interdisciplinary scientific research "Designing Knowledge Bases of Digital Educational Resources" was developed for the first time (RС No. 0123U100475; 01.01. 2023 – 31.12.2025). The problem of presenting collections of electronic resources as the main element of knowledge bases is comprehensively considered. Information and analytical support are improved in relation to: electronic resource "Scientists of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine"; organizational and technological principles of the functioning of the database of the electronic catalog of the V. Sukhomlynskyi SSEL of Ukraine . The problem of presenting collections of electronic resources as the main element of knowledge bases is comprehensively considered.
