The purpose of the work is to ensure the rational use of natural resources through effective waste management, bioenergy recycling and obtaining other useful secondary products; development of technology and equipment for bioenergy recycling of food industry waste by mechanical dehydration in a closed mold. Research methods are the conceptual foundations of sustainable development, "green" and circular economy. The directions of secondary use of waste and waste management in the EU were reviewed with an emphasis on bioenergy recycling. New knowledge was obtained regarding the theoretical volumes of obtaining energy resources from bio-waste of enterprises of various types of activities and the efficiency of using individual biogas plants for processing bio-waste of households. Mathematical models of improved equipment for mechanical dewatering of wet dispersed waste have been developed. Equipment is proposed, which, in comparison with known installations and methods of mechanical dehydration of wet dispersed materials, ensures their significantly lower final moisture content (20-25% compared to 74-76% for known equipment) with appropriate productivity, which will to reduce the total energy costs for the implementation of the waste dehydration process by food enterprises help in 300-500 times. Schemes of sorting and logistics of solid waste (introduction of vacuum sorting stations) and the methodology of developing a waste management program for rural areas, which can be used by communities to implement an effective waste management system and their further recycling, are proposed. The obtained results have significant economic significance for ensuring the country's environmental and energy security, energy autonomy of agro-industrial complex enterprises, and implementation of the "green" direction of economic development.
