The third, final, stage of the study "Policy and mechanisms for the implementation of social responsibility of Ukrainian universities under wartime and post-war revival of the country" was aimed at defining and justifying approaches to the development of university social responsibility policies and describing the mechanisms of implementing social responsibility of Ukrainian universities during the wartime and post-war revival. Implementation of research findings in Ukraine’s higher education sector will allow: - to strengthen the social mission of universities, increase their contribution to social development, problem solving through dialogue and close interaction with internal and external stakeholders, draw attention of academic and expert communities to the need to augment social mission of higher education and increase university social responsibility under wartime and post-war recovery; - to draw attention to the value of knowledge, the importance of its production, distribution and application in various spheres of life, its use for solving modern problems and challenges, including those caused by war; - to strengthen the potential of domestic universities in the implementation of their social mission and social responsibility, to identify optimal areas and levels (national, local, institutional) of the manifestation of social responsibility by universities during the war and post-war revival; - to facilitate engagement between universities and society, involve communities in social initiatives of universities and other higher education institutions, create appropriate conditions for lifelong learning.
