The analysis of the results of model calculations and experimental measurements made it possible to determine that under the conditions of X-ray filtering (XR) of 4 mm Al, the signal of a scintillation detector based on ZnSe in the range of anode voltage values of 50-150 kV can be estimated by the energy of X-ray quanta absorbed in ZnSe by photo effect. According to the results of model calculations, the range of energies (30 90 keV) was determined in which, with a decrease in the dose load on the patient, the DRA method has the maximum sensitivity for diagnosing a change in the density of bone tissue by 2% with a thickness of bone tissue from 0.4 to 1.6 c. It is shown that the DRA technique proposed by the authors meets the international requirements for medical radiographic diagnosis of osteoporosis. The results of the work can be used in the creation of DRA scanners for diagnosing changes in the state of bone tissue of biological objects. Product Description popup.authors Karavaeva Natalya L.
