The goal of the project is new physical regularities of photofission and the mechanisms of the population of isomeric states of medium-heavy nuclei in the field of giant dipole resonance (GDR) at the M-30 microtron, the structure of delayed nuclear radiation, the role of shell effects, the nature of the stability of nuclear matter, applied nuclear physics research for radioecology, medicine, physics of accelerators, dosimetry, space technology. Research method – gamma- and n-activation experiments on the M-30 microtron, nuclear gamma-spectroscopy, thermoluminescence dosimetry, theoretical modeling of nuclear transformations. Features of the formation of products of asymmetric photofission of actinides 237Np and 241Am on the M-30 microtron, computer programs for photofission optimization, and total instantaneous neutron yields have been established. The temporal evolution of actinide fission fragment yields was established, considering the emission of fission neutrons and beta particles. Data on the thresholds, outputs, and absolute cross-sections of the formation of Ce, Te, and Ba isomeric states in the GDR region were obtained. The Froissartron/Odderon model of elementary particles with spin 3/2 physics is proposed. The applied nuclear physics: new regulations for radiation tests of special equipment, identification of nuclear materials, the Tisza river basin's terrestrial radioactivity structure, radiation chemistry and biology, and physics of accelerators.
