Objective: to find mechanisms of maintenance the processes of adaptation of the cardiovascular system of children with disorders of puberty, taking into account the state of stress-realized systems of regulating, endothelial function and heredity. Methods: clinical, instrumental, functional tests, laboratory. Results: peculiarities of adaptive capabilities, state of endothelial function, changes in indicators of regulatory systems in children depending on the course of puberty, level of physical activity, heredity for cardiovascular, endocrine and gynecological diseases were studied. It was determined that physical activity has a positive effect on adolescents during the physiological course of puberty in the form of an increase in the content of testosterone in boys and serotonin in girls, and during pathological puberty in physically active girls - a decrease in testosterone and prolactin, which can contribute to the normalization of menstrual function and a decrease in stress. This is accompanied by the activation of metabolic and energy processes, which is evidenced by changes in the indicators of protein and energy metabolism. According to the results of the factor analysis, the most significant factors of the nature of the course of puberty have been established. A technology for increasing the physical activity of adolescents has been developed, which includes a diagnostic stage and recommendations regarding the mode and volume of physical activity, taking into account social restrictions. Novelty: for the first time, the relationship between the condition of the heart, endothelium, adaptation capabilities, physical activity and indicators of regulation systems in children with different course of puberty has been studied.
