The subject of research is methods of electromagnetic and refrigeration processing of biological objects and food raw materials, modes of processing and storage of biological objects and food raw materials, appropriate technological equipment, as well as the application of applied engineering solutions and computer modeling in technological processes of food, microbiological, processing industry, as well as in the refrigeration and climate industry.
