Objective: develop differentiated therapeutic complexes and improve the system of social rehabilitation for adolescents with depressive disorders based on the study of clinical, socio-psychological, neurophysiological, neurohormonal, hereditary factors of their formation. Methods: clinical-psychopathological, pathopsychological, neurohormonal, neurophysiological, genetic, statistical. Results: clinical variants of the course of depressive disorder in adolescents were identified, taking into account the interrelation of clinical, social-psychological, biological, and genetic determinants of disease formation with factors of organizing psychiatric care, medical-psychological, and social rehabilitation. The rehabilitation technology includes a diagnostic block (clinical differentiation of depression and course type); therapeutic-rehabilitative and social adaptation blocks. In the conditions of war emotional-stress and adaptation disorders, PTSD have been registered, forming against the background of psychological traumatization. An algorithm for medical-social rehabilitation of children with emotional-stress disorders in wartime conditions has been developed.The principles of crisis intervention and psychoeducational work with the family, teachers, and the reference group of school-age children in wartime conditions have been justified. Novelty: variants of resistant depression in adolescents that hinder effective rehabilitation have been identified.The individual and group hidden chromosomal instability under the influence of a mutagenic provocateur in adolescents with depression has been identified for the first time.
