The most common cause of death in CEW aged 18–39 and 40–60 years from diseases of the circulatory system was chronic coronary heart disease in all ranges of radiation doses; the maximum value of 3.25 ± 0.11 (ID / 103 person-years) at the age of 18–39 years was established in the group with an irradiation dose of 0.05–0.099 Gy, the maximum value was 11.09 ± 0.96 (ID / 103 people -years) at the age of 40–60 years was established in the group with an irradiation dose of ≤ 0.049 Gy. Mortality from diseases of the respiratory organs formed mainly due to chronic diseases of the lower respiratory tract. During the entire period of observation (1988–2021), 34,037 cases of death detected among residents of the RCA aged 18–60 on the date of the accident at the Chornobyl NPP, which is 18.75 ± 0.1 ID / 103 person-years of observation. Chronic ischemic heart disease is the main cause of death of RCA residents from diseases of the circulatory system - 10.7 ± 0.08 (ID / 103 person-years). The dynamics of mortality among residents of the RZT aged 18–39 at the time of the Chornobyl disaster was characterized by a significant increase in its level from diseases of the circulatory system for the subgroup with an irradiation dose from 13 to < 26 mSv - after 10 years, with an irradiation dose from 26 to < 50 mSv - after 5 years, with a radiation dose ≥ 50 mSv - after 15 years for men, after 20 years for women. Mathematical models were obtained that demonstrate the dynamics of mortality of CEW from diseases of the circulatory, respiratory and digestive systems. Implementation: 11 scientific publications, information sheet, 1 act of implementation.  Product Description popup.authors Yefimova Yuliya Volodymyrivna Belyaev Yuriy M.
