The structural-hierarchical scheme of the probabilistic-statistical approach to the mathematical modeling of transfer processes in randomly inhomogeneous bodies under experimental data at the boundary was developed. Formulations of contact-initial-boundary value problems of diffusion, which allow for non-ideal contact conditions for the random function of concentration, were made. A new equation of mass transfer in the whole body region is obtained, the operator of which contains jumps of the random field and its derivatives at the stochastic contact boundaries. The linear regression models of the boundary condition of the diffusion initial-boundary value problem are constructed under incomplete data in the case when the values of the sought function are known at certain moments of time. Credible intervals for regression parameters were determined for samples that differ in size and variance, and the influence of the sample size and its variance on the length of these intervals was investigated. Credible intervals are established for the boundary condition and the problem solution in the determined credible interval. The best in the statistical sense regression model was established and the two-sided critical region for it was found based on the Fisher criterion.
