Objective: to improve the system of prevention of non-communicable diseases among adolescents on the basis of scientific rationale for the concept of personalized hygiene of students. Methods: hygienic, sociological, psychological, statistical. Results: behavioral and hygienic risk factors for adolescent health in conditions of a sustainable humanitarian crisis (COVID-19 pandemic and war) were studied. It was found that in the context of a sustainable humanitarian crisis, health promotion among adolescents should be based on solving the problems that worried most often: the state of their own health, the threat of illness of relatives, and the organization of education. Adolescents’ health was negatively affected by their psycho-emotional state, especially for internally displaced persons. Adolescents who were internally displaced persons 2 times more often admitted the deterioration of both physical health and psycho-emotional state and 1.5 times more often sought medical help compared to local adolescents, but during the year of war local adolescents also began to seek help 1.5 times more often. The most common emotional reactions in adolescents during the war were: belief that everything will be fine; anger at the current events; fear for the lives of relatives and family property.
