Objective: improving understanding about the mechanisms of comorbid pathology formation in girls with menstrual disorders on the basis of studying of hormonal disorders, oxidative disbalance, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, vitamins and aminotransferase content, factors of the heredity and environment. Methods: clinical, biochemical, immunoenzymatic, instrumental, genetic, psychological, clinical-pathopsychological, statistical. Results: The psychological state of adolescent girls with menstrual function disorders against the background of military actions is characterized. The features of hormonal-metabolic changes, taking into account comorbid pathology and psychological status, are established. An algorithm for medical and psychological support of adolescent girls with menstrual function disorders in wartime conditions is developed. Novelty: for the first time, the involvement of adrenal hormones in stress response and the ability to adapt to changes occurring in the body with the onset of menstrual disorders in adolescence is clarified, which is of particular importance in wartime conditions. Family accumulation of reproductive function disorders in parents with AUB and OM, which did not depend on the presence of comorbid pathology, is established. Spontaneous level of chromosomal aberrations in girls with OM and AUB and comorbid pathology is investigated for the first time. Efficacy: preservation of the reproductive potential of girls for the possibility of realizing the childbearing function in the fertile age. Field of use: hospital and outpatient departments.
