From 3902 medical histories, 381 medical histories of servicemen (9.76%) who had non-traumatic pathology of the digestive system were selected for statistical analysis, including 332 (87.14%) men, 49 (12.86%) women, age servicemen ranged from 18 to 59 years old. The analysis of non-traumatic pathology in military personnel was carried out, both separately in age groups and in the general population, according to the current 10th International Classification of Diseases (ICD-X). It was found that monopathology of the digestive system was 38.85%, comorbid pathology - 61.2%. In the structure of non-traumatic main pathology of the digestive system in military personnel, the specific weight of gastritis was 18.37%, exacerbation of chronic peptic ulcer disease - 17.85%, incidence of hernias - 17.58%, acute appendicitis - 6.82%, exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis - 4, 46%, acute pancreatitis – 3.67%, exacerbation of chronic cholecystitis – 3.15%. The combined main non-traumatic pathology of the organs of the digestive system was 16.01%, it included: chronic gastroduodenitis - 6.82%, chronic gastro-pancreatitis - 0.52%, chronic gastro-duodeno-pancreatitis - 3.41%, chronic cholecyst - pancreatitis - 0.76%, chronic cholecysto-hepatitis - 0.26%, chronic pancreato-cholecysto-hepatitis - 0.78%, chronic gastro-cholecystitis - 0.26%.
