The aim of the research was to retrospectively analyze patients with pain syndrome (thoracalgia) in thoracic spine osteochondrosis in combination with cardiovascular pathology, to identify signs of the cardiac component in the formation of chronic pain syndrome. Development of a rehabilitation complex and analysis of its effectiveness. The study included the results of a retrospective analysis of 434 case histories of patients with thoracic spine pain and 147 patients clinically examined and treated in the hospital. All patients underwent clinical examinations, radiography, MRI, ECG, echocardiography, VEM, goniometry, dynamometry, and questionnaires. Patients were divided into 3 groups: group 1 - patients with thoracic spine degenerative disc disease (n = 75), group 2 - spine degenerative disc disease in combination with cardiovascular disease (n = 42), and group 3 - patients with cardiovascular disease (n = 30), who were referred for treatment in cardiology. Patients underwent a course of rehabilitation treatment according to a developed program based on therapeutic exercises. After the initial examination, the patients were examined 1 month after inpatient treatment and 3 months of outpatient follow-up.
