General results and their novelty - for the first time in Ukraine, substantiated Methodological recommendations will be offered for the implementation of strategic environmental assessment and post-project monitoring of schemes, plans and programs for the development of the infrastructure of the UTC, the application of which will contribute to the realization of the right to an environment safe for life and health and to compensation for the damage caused violation of this right in the conditions of martial law, and will also contribute to increasing the efficiency of capital investments and investments in the development of the UTC. During the reporting period, the first project of Methodological Recommendations was developed, which will include provisions on the principles, composition and content of materials, the application of methodological mechanisms of SEA, taking into account local conditions and the peculiarities of the implementation of public management tools.
