The purpose of the research is to develop the latest technologies for the creation and automated application by means of robotics with computerized quality control of functional reinforced sprayed coatings and to determine their physical, mechanical and operational properties. Research methods and equipment, theoretical and practical results: Theoretical and experimental studies of the processes that determine the conditions for the formation of metal, ceramic and composite coatings using electric pulse impact on a heterophase high-temperature jet have been carried out; the evolution of the micro- and substructure under the influence of an electric pulse on a heterophase high-temperature flow and combined surface plastic deformation and heat treatment; transformation of the dislocation substructure of the resulting coatings into a crushed and nanosized one. In combination with automated application by means of robotics and computerized control of application quality, such a micro- and substructure allows to ensure a higher technical level of physical, mechanical and operational properties of products.
