The purpose of the work is to improve technological, physical and mechanical characteristics of decorative concrete intended for the manufacture of various architectural elements that preserve expressive aesthetic over a long period of operation. Research methods – experimental determination of technological characteristics of mixtures, decorative and operational indicators of concrete; non-linear experimental and statistical (EC) models, elements of composition-process fields methodology. Rational compositions of decorative concrete and technological conditions have been developed to obtain architectural elements of complex shape with improved decorative, physical and mechanical, operational properties. It was found that the use of high-dispersed fillers and sand of optimal granulometry with maximum plasticization of mixtures with polycarboxylate ensures a preservation of a strength, and accordingly, resilience to the impacts of climate change while maintaining a color palette of products in the operation of decorative composite over the long term. The results of the research work are implemented in the production technology of architectural products used in the decoration for facades of residential buildings and constructions. Predicted assumptions on the development of the object of study – search for optimal compositions of matrix material for decorative concrete.
