The project objective is to develop theoretical principles and applied methods and techniques of complex, systemic and compound management of territorial critical infrastructure`s provision of services based on the capacity of natural and economic systems, and territorial and economic complexes of administrative-territorial units of basic and subregional levels taking into consideration effective application of natural - geographic and socio-economic potential amid climate change, man-made load growth, destructive geological processes, disadvantageous socio-economic phenomena as an integral part of the national security of Ukraine. The novelty of scientific results obtained at the 1st phase of scientific research is: 1) assessment of territorial natural resource potential at the basic and subregional level within the selected reference objects (southern regions of Ukraine). 2) assessment of anthropogenic phenomena and exogenous geological processes of natural, natural and technogenic and man-made origin at UTCs and districts within the selected reference objects (southern regions of Ukraine) 3) climate change study at UTCs and districts within the selected reference objects (southern regions of Ukraine). Based on the study results, the priority trends and components of a multicriterial system`s safety management of territorial critical infrastructure and the country`s sustainable development of natural and economic systems have been identified.
