The author proposes an author's approach to studying the problematic issues of institutional support for the classification of regime-forming objects and restrictions on the use of land and land plots, which is based on the use of formal and informal components, and which further allows substantiating the structure of the relevant classification in the State Land Cadastre. It is established that when classifying each of the identified regime-forming objects, it is not possible to create a single structure for such classification, since each of these objects, when classified from general to specific, will have different levels of classification. This necessitates the development of individual approaches to their classification. The author identifies the components of institutional support for restrictions on the use of land plots, which include the main and auxiliary regulatory and legal support, as well as informal support.
