Organizational and economic mechanisms for increasing the effectiveness of aquaculture market development and the introduction of ecological innovations, considering the best international practices, have been proposed, in particular, aimed at attracting investments based on the formation of the regional innovation-oriented complex of aquaculture production according to the "preparation-production-processing-realization" value chain, developed proposals for the organization and usage of recirculation systems in the Ukrainian practice, which make it possible to overcome the dependence of aquaculture production on natural conditions and the depressed state of natural reservoirs, as well as proposals for the development of the organic sector of aquaculture in Ukraine as an environmentally safe farming. Organizational and economic tools and measures aimed at increasing the share of aquaculture in domestic consumption have been proposed, a methodical approach to assessing the capacity of the regional fish market has been developed, which has been tested on the example of the Odesa region, and the share of aquaculture in domestic consumption has been determined. The mechanisms of practical implementation of the electronic system of traceability of aquatic bioresources and products from them by combining participants of regional fish markets within the framework of sectoral fisheries clusters have been developed. Socio-ecological and economic motivational mechanisms have been proposed for business entities regarding the development of multifunctional aquaculture facilities.
