This approach may be useful for the treatment of injuries such as bone fractures, sprains or tears of ligaments, joint dislocations and other related musculoskeletal problems. Expanding the scope of the ERAS protocol to other types of orthopedic surgeries and injuries may include procedures such as joint replacement, reconstructive surgery and other treatments. The further development and optimisation of rehabilitation protocols in orthopedics is important to ensure optimal recovery of function and quality of life for patients with various types of injuries. Research into new physiotherapy techniques and innovative approaches to rehabilitation can help improve the recovery process after surgery. Involvement of more patients in trials with capsular ligament injuries in orthopedics is necessary to obtain more statistically significant results and confirm the effectiveness of the ERAS protocol and other treatment methods. Continued research in all of these areas will help expand our knowledge base in orthopedics, improve treatment approaches and lead to an improved quality of life for patients.
