OPEN SCIENCE, OPEN ACCESS, DIGITALIZATION, NATIONAL REPOSITORY, NRAT, ACADEMIC TEXTS, E-INFRASTRUCTURE, SCIENTIFIC ARCHIVE The object of research is an online multidisciplinary archive of academic texts in the form of the National Repository of Academic Texts (NRAT) and open science ecosystem. The subject of the study is the scientific-methodical, legal, organizational, programmatic, and technological aspects of the development of open science and NRAT. The goal of the research is the development and practical implementation of the National Repository project, which includes the elements of the second and third phases of the NRAT, as well as its comprehensive scientific, methodological, and informational support within the framework of the domestic policy of open science. During the research, general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge were used, in particular - empirical (observation, comparison, measurement), the ascent from abstract to concrete, grouping, system analysis (retrospective, quantitative, comparative, predictive), tabular and graphic, heuristic (expert assessments), modeling. The latest scientific approaches, best practices and international acts on open science, open access, e-archives and modern technologies in this area are summarized. The NRAT web portal, its tools and services, and the repository’s analytical subsystem were modernized. The mechanism for filling the central repository (CR) of the NRAT with academic texts has been improved, which is implemented in the software product of the module for interaction with local repositories and has been tested. Preparatory work has been completed to create the NRAT competency centre.
