In this method, the compounds to be determined are placed in a closed container, after which they either directly or after conversion to volatile derivatives pass into the gas phase, and from it into the absorbing solution, which is placed in the reactor in the gas phase above the solution of the donor phase. This method was first combined with an optical probe, with the methods of luminescence and gas chromatography, and its advantages in the determination of organic compounds and a number of inorganic compounds were shown. Simple and highly sensitive methods for determining the forms of iodine, bromine, sulfur and nitrite ions have been developed. A method of determining the content of organic solvents in medicinal preparations, as well as aromatic hydrocarbons with preconcentration by the method of in-vessel headspace ME and detection by the method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, has been developed. For the first time, the optical probe is combined with liquid-phase ME and the measurement of absorbance or fluorescence using the determination of rhodamine dyes. The protonation of loratadine, the structure of its IA with dyes, and the formation of dye aggregates were investigated using quantum chemical methods. A set of new, highly effective, simple, express, sensitive, selective, automated, spectroscopic chromatographic, hybrid and combined methods for the analysis of medicinal products, environmental objects, and food products has been developed.
