The purpose of the work is to develop the scientific and technological foundations of continuous pouring of monotectic alloys based on the "copper-iron" system in an emulsified state with the use of electromagnetic actions on the pouring metal. Methods of research of external influences at the stages of melting and casting of alloys with the aim of transferring them to a microemulsified state have been developed. The temperature and time parameters of structural changes in alloys based on the Cu-Fe system with a mass fraction of 20%, 10%, 5% and 1% Fe were established. The effects of metal processing regimes in the process of alloy production and continuous pouring by methods of freezing microdoses of melt and metallography were evaluated. The peculiarities of the formation of globular phases during the interaction of an iron-containing additive melted in an induction furnace with solid copper, at temperatures close to the liquidus of the system, with subsequent continuous horizontal casting, casting in a roll crystallizer, under the action of constant and variable electromagnetic fields on the size, number and morphology of dendrites on based on iron, formed in alloys of the copper-iron system during cooling and solidification. There is a possibility of practical use of the performed research in the production of sheet and rod structural materials from monotectic alloys based on the "Cu-Fe" system in an emulsified state.
