Registration Date 03-02-2024 Organization National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute" popup.description2  Report on research work : 185 pages, 59 figures, 13 tables, lists of used sources for each subdivision, totaling 129. The object of research is gas-dynamic processes in air-jet engines and their mathematical modeling. The purpose of the work is to develop a mathematical apparatus that allows you to justify the choice of the scheme of ground gas turbines and power plants of aircraft and optimize the parameters of the projected air-jet and gas turbine engines to ensure their competitiveness and import substitution during the reconstruction of the gas transportation network of Ukraine. The research method is calculation-theoretical, which includes the construction of mathematical models that allow obtaining operational characteristics of air-jet engines of various purposes and using them to conduct parametric studies with further optimization of engine parameters. The theoretical basis of the research is the fundamental laws of conservation of mass, momentum and energy, the theory of similarity. The development of mathematical models of the work process of engine assemblies for various purposes is based on the comparison of the obtained results with experimental data on the flow structure, pressure losses and integral parameters. Mathematical modeling methods allow to describe with sufficient accuracy the processes occurring in gas turbine engines during their operation. The report consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, a conclusion on the work and one appendix. Keywords: relative mass of fuel and power plant, supersonic cruising speed, power plant, jet engine, gas turbine engine, relative fuel consumption, specific fuel consumption, combustion chamber, specific isobaric heat capacity, altitude-speed characteristic, throttle characteristic, axial compressor , crown two-dimensional modeling, abrasive wear, material erosion, aerodynamic losses.
