Serological identification of hemagglutinating isolates isolated (but not typed) during 2011, 2014-2021 was carried out. The sequences of the hemagglutinin segment 4 of the Ukrainian isolate of the H4 influenza virus, the H10 subtype influenza virus by the neuraminidase gene, the H5N3 bird flu virus ruff/Ukraine/Ka/1-19-04/2019, as well as the Ukrainian isolate of the influenza virus with the H16 hemagglutinin subtype were analyzed neuraminidase, hemagglutinin and PB2. Phylogenetic studies of 15 isolates of the Newcastle disease virus were also carried out, according to the results of which it was established that one of them belongs to class I and fourteen to class II. On the basis of the conducted research, a technology for obtaining positive serum for avian avulovirus serotype 7 was developed. According to the results of bacteriological studies, bacterial pathogens of six families were isolated from 26.7-100% of clinically healthy wild birds of six species (Wigeon, Teal, White-fronted Goose, Red-breasted Goose, Mallard, Greylag Goose, Shelduck) in the southern regions of Ukraine.
