The subject of research is the scientific and technological principles of the creation and use of cognitive services for multidimensional assessment of students' intellectual achievements according to various thematic profiles. The purpose of the work: - Creation of a cognitive information-analytical system for evaluating the intellectual achievements of students based on a transdisciplinary analysis of their educational and cognitive activity. The main tasks of the work: to determine the basic categories of permanent monitoring of the educational and cognitive activity of students, the methodological basis of which consists of taxonomy, reflection, recursion, reduction, semantic analysis, structuring and self-learning, synthesis, choice/decision-making, competitive normalization, expert evaluation, etc.; create ontological models of the educational process, an ontological portrait of the student. determine and implement the component architecture of the cognitive information-analytical system of permanent assessment of students' intellectual achievements (KIAS ORIPU); create an experimental model of a cognitive information-analytical system for assessing the level of a student's intellectual potential; testing of cognitive services of the specified systems; create methods of using the developed tools. Main results: KIAS ORIPU was created, whose cognitive services implement a transdisciplinary analysis of the results of their educational and cognitive activities. Each service is supported by the ontological engineering procedure, which ensures the dynamic formation of cognitive network-centric information and analytical web platforms with a service-oriented architecture; methodical support for the functioning and use of KIAS ORIPU in the educational process has been created.
