The obtained results and their novelty: the nature and features of complications and consequences in patients after the coronavirus infection were studied. The predominance of the pathology of the organs of the respiratory system was demonstrated, but at the same time, the possibility of complications from other systems: gastrointestinal, endocrine and gynecological was indicated to a large degree. Manifestations of complications after the transfer of COVID-19 on the function of external breathing of the respiratory system, detoxification and metabolic function of the liver, function of carbohydrate metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes, and reproductive function in women were studied in detail. Complex programs for the rehabilitation of patients after a coronavirus infection at the sanatorium-resort stage have been developed, depending on the existing complications and comorbid pathology, the duration of the disease, the functional state of the patients, biochemical and immunological indicators, in the conditions of sanatorium-resort and rehabilitation institutions with the use of various methods in complex treatment physical therapy and balneotherapy.
