Mechnikov National University popup.description2  The purpose of this work is the study of acoustoelectronic phenomena and the development of scientific foundations for the creation of high-precision sensors of linear movements based on a new principle with high metrological characteristics and their high stability in harsh operating conditions as part of special equipment and solving the problem of intellectualization of microelectronic sensors of the new generation. New scientific results were obtained that will solve an important scientific problem - based on a new concept of creating a new class of sensors for high-precision determination of movement parameters of construction elements of special equipment and automated equipment with the possibility of using the output signal of the frequency type of the sensor and generating control signals for automated systems of industrial and defense purposes. A scientifically based, improved principle of building intellectualized sensors of the new generation has been developed, which is based on established regularities of physical acoustoelectronic phenomena that occur during the propagation of surface acoustic waves in single-crystal piezoelectric and layered structures. Such basic data are scientifically based in fundamental and experimental research. New methods and methodical recommendations for optimizing the process of processing the received information have been developed to increase the accuracy of the obtained values, which expand the scope of application of research results in special engineering. At the same time, new original ideas and technical solutions are applied, which belong to the authors of the project and will be protected by patents of Ukraine according to the submitted applications for inventions. The obtained fundamental results became a significant contribution to the development of the field of active acoustoelectronics as a whole.
