Reformation of the education system is impossible without the introduction of the academic integrity principle - the basis of the quality of education. Ukrainian higher education is improving, and an important condition for successful development is the creation of the prerequisites for a respectable environment in the university. This topic has become extremely relevant in the format of distance learning in higher education. From now on, academic integrity determines the vector of development of the entire national education system, therefore the main goal of the research work of the department, namely, the creation of a model of a honest learning environment in conditions of remoteness of participants in distance learning of foreign languages, provides for the development and implementation of AI mechanisms, regulatory procedures to monitor compliance with norms of academic integrity, providing students with new learning rules using effective tools to comply with them. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve a number of tasks: learn the successful world experience and achievements of Ukrainian universities in the implementation of the principles of AI; identify and analyze possible shortcomings of the educational process, which are the cause of the violation of real learning; develop and implement an optimal system for correct online testing; to draw up educational standards for the implementation of test tasks and clear criteria for the results assessment; implement and explore the modern practice of creating a transparent, competitive learning environment in the context of distance learning.
