Mathematical models are proposed that describe a two-way pneumatic drive. It is substantiated theoretically and numerically by applying the developed pneumatic scheme with an optimal structure of switching connections in order to ensure high speed performance in the entire range of inertial and static loads with smooth, shock-free operation of the pneumatic drive with equal deceleration and adjustable braking mode.
