The purpose of the work: to analyze the key indicators characterizing the state of the hemostasis system in patients who were sick with COVID-19 and to identify triggers capable of causing the development of disorders in the hemostasis system in response to the transferred infection. Research methods: immunoenzymatic analysis, spectrophotometric, chromatographic methods and methods of mathematical statistics. For the first time, a comprehensive assessment of the state of the hemostasis system, including the content and activity of the main factors of the vascular-platelet, coagulation and fibrinolytic links of the hemostasis system, was carried out in patients who suffered from COVID-19, and the tendency of patients with different titers of antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 to development of thrombosis; for the first time, a screening of potential triggers of disorders in the hemostasis system was performed and the functional state of various organs of patients in the post-COVID-19 period was assessed. It was established that, depending on the aHTH-SARS-CoV-2 IgG titer, changes in the key parameters of the hemostasis system occurred in donors who contracted COV1D-19: prolongation of prothrombin, thrombin, and activated partial thromboplastin times, an increase in the concentration of fibrinogen, a decrease in the concentration of prothrombin, a significant increase in the level of soluble fibrin monomer complexes against the background of a less pronounced increase in the concentration of Ddimer in the blood plasma of patients with different titers of antibodies against SARS-CoV-2. Analysis of the qualitative composition of the molecules of the prothrombin pool by size-exclusion chromatography showed the heterogeneity of protein fractions and the appearance of high-molecular-weight protein fractions in the bloodstream of donors with anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG.
