The project authors have obtained important scientific and practical results, foreseeing the creation of an economic toolkit to enhance the efficiency of strategic management for enterprises and united territorial communities with untapped potential in building sustainable value chains. These are identified as fundamental factors for strengthening economic and energy security in Ukraine.
