IF Kuras NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 As a result of the implementation of the first stage of the scientific project, a structure was formed, a number of materials devoted to the topic of the development of civil society in war conditions were analyzed. The challenges that Ukraine faced during the war were studied, as well as the problems that would arise in the post-war period were characterized. The place and role of IGS in the processes of restoration of the country, strengthening of national security, political and economic development of the country, formation of inclusive institutions are determined. Trends in the activation of the public sector in the conditions of Russian aggression have been revealed, both in 2014 and in 2022. Since the beginning of the Revolution of Dignity, the influence of IGS on the formation of state policy has been increasing. However, there is still insufficient interaction with state authorities and local self-government. It was established that in the conditions of Russian aggression, the IGS focused its activities on volunteer activities, instead, project work recedes into the background. The main directions were: the information sphere, psychological, legal, social support for victims of Russian aggression, assistance to military and volunteer formations, cooperation with international partners, etc. It was found that the formal tools of the state's interaction with the CGI are outdated, and therefore new approaches to cooperation should be sought. The recovery plan for Ukraine envisages the use of civil society as a resource for post-war reconstruction of the country. The activities of the IGS during 2014 - February 24, 2023, their reaction to Russian aggression, involvement in resisting aggression, and participation in the country's public and political life are characterized. The normative and legal framework that regulates the activity of IGS in Ukraine has been analyzed. Particular attention is focused on volunteer activities, support of the volunteer movement, Product Description popup.authors Dmytrenko Olena A.
