The purpose of the work is to increase the effectiveness of the organization of scientific and scientific and technical activities in the system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine under martial law. Research method – system analysis, comparison and analogy, generalization and systematization of theoretical knowledge, idealization and abstraction, synthesis, decomposition, modeling. During the execution of the work, the following was carried out: an analysis of the experience of the organization of NNTD in the system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine under martial law, research was carried out on the legislative support of NNTD in Ukraine, the state and directions for improving the regulatory and legal support of military science were considered; the structural and functional model of the NNTD organization in the system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law is substantiated; proposals have been developed to improve the effectiveness of the NNTD organization in the system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine under martial law conditions; developed Methodological recommendations on the organization of scientific and scientific and technical activities in the system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine under martial law, the project of the Policy of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in the field of NNTD; individual issues of the organization of planning and execution of scientific works regarding the development of the scientific foundations of state policy on national security issues in the military sphere, the spheres of defense and military construction are investigated.
