The novelty of the approach lies in overcoming existing problems in the construction of scientometric systems: the ability to expand such systems by connecting other user scientific databases, as well as new analytical tools. Integration of the abstract part of the arXiv system - the largest archive of open access electronic preprints, the CNKI database (Chinese National Electronic Science Product Platform, including Chinese scientific journals), and Stack Exchange (a network of question-and-answer websites) has been implemented. Scientometric services of the abstract database "Scientific Ukrainica" have been developed and studied for conducting scientometric research, which provide the ability to forecast trends in the development of scientific knowledge on specific topics. Scientometric services of the abstract database "Scientific Ukrainica" allow for effective scientometric research using collaboration networks, in particular for determining scientific communities working on solving specific problems. Analysis of collaboration networks allows for determining scientific schools based on modularity calculation, identifying outstanding scientists and their collaborators, enabling comparison of existing research directions. The use of cluster analysis methods of collaboration networks allows for identifying groups of researchers and connections between them in solving a specific scientific problem. An analysis of the thematic content of the abstract database "Scientific Ukrainica" has been conducted, showing minor changes in the period 2019-2023 in the abstract database "Scientific Ukrainica."
