The best results of treatment of these patients using the protocol of improved recovery of patients after surgery were determined. The high efficiency of the NIRES procedure when combined with cytoreduction in the optimal volume has been proven, especially in the case of a primary tumor in the ovary. The expediency of using cytoreductive interventions in metastatic colorectal cancer has been proven, and no advantages of cytodeduction and NIRES in the gastric etiology of carcinomatosis have been found.
