The aim of the second (intermediate) stage of the work is to establish the regularities of amorphous, quasi-crystalline and nanocrystalline structure formation during the electrocrystallisation of chromium, iron and nickel alloys and to use the established regularities in practice to create advanced methods of producing military materials. The research methods such as X-ray diffraction analysis, electron microscopic analysis, corrosion resistance and hardness tests were used. As a result of the second stage of the research work, the following scientific effects were established: the effect of amorphous structure formation in nickel alloys when nucleation is suppressed during their electrocrystallisation; the effect of quasicrystalline structure formation in iron alloys when grain growth is suppressed during their electrocrystallisation; the effect of nanocrystalline structure formation in chromium alloys when nucleation is intensified during their electrocrystallisation.
