IF Kuras NAS of Ukraine popup.description2  The purpose of the work of the 1st stage is to analyze the functioning of the political system of Ukraine during the crisis period with the development, on this basis, of a complex of changes in it, which would allow to preserve its democratic character and at the same time strengthen its gravitational potential for the consolidation and mobilization of the population of the state for the successful end of the war and for post-war recovery countries. Proposals for updating the model of the country's political system will make it possible to strengthen the mechanisms and means of preventing social and political extremism, which is quite possible during the transition from a state of war to a state of peace. The content of the study consists in the development of ways and mechanisms of achieving full spiritual and political consolidation and mobilization of Ukrainian society as a condition for its successful exit from the crisis situation, which is the war. The acquisition of such a state by society should be carried out through the formation of a gravitational field to which the country's population should gravitate. The function of such a field belongs to the political system of Ukraine and all institutions of state power and management. The political system, programmed for peacetime and for a stable situation, in a crisis period inevitably makes a certain deviation according to the situational circumstances. Based on these circumstances, the scientific problem of applying the general provisions of the theory of the political field and political systems with the applied goal of modeling the most likely changes in the system of political power and state government, which will facilitate the country's adaptation to the crisis situation and solving key national problems, is being updated.
