The results of the implementation of the Comprehensive Environmental Program for 2017-2023 are summarized. The results of a survey among residents of the Lviv urban territorial community regarding the main environmental problems in 11 settlements of the community (except Lviv) are presented. The strategic goals of environmental policy, priorities, main tasks and mechanisms for ensuring and implementing the Comprehensive Environmental Program in the Lviv City Territorial Community for 2024-2028 have been determined. Measures for the implementation of the Program for 5 years were developed and their estimated cost was calculated in 9 sections: comprehensive measures to ensure comfort for residents; protection and rational use of water resources; atmospheric air protection; protection and rational use of land; protection and rational use of natural plant resources; protection and rational use of resources of the animal world; preservation of the nature reserve fund; utilization, processing and disposal of waste; environmental education, information activities and cooperation with public organizations.
