The purpose of the work is to develop and provide practical recommendations for the creation of threaded connections of a responsible purpose with increased mechanical, hermetic and anti-corrosion characteristics, as well as the design of damping devices and devices for repair work, based on the development of models of shap-criating, strengthening, 3D models of the structures of nodes and devices threaded connections in wells. Research methods — a systematic approach, methods of mathematical and computer modeling, as well as conducting a laboratory experiment. Analytical assurance of the accuracy of thread shap-criating in the process of its manufacture with a high-performance tool has been developed, which makes it possible to significantly increase the accuracy, screw-ability and tightness criteria of tapered thread tool-joint with a triangular or trapezoidal profile. 3D models of high-moment threaded connections have been developed. The processes of friction hardening and plasma electrolytic oxidation of threaded surfaces are simulated. A new approach to carbide setting of drill thread tool-joint is proposed. Also developed is the design of a damping device to reduce the load on the threaded connections and devices to ensure the effective unscrewing of the drill pipes in the well during the repair is developed.
