The subject of the research is the information management system for controlling logistics information flows in a trading enterprise. The aim of the work is to develop an information management system for managing logistics information flows, the use of which will increase the efficiency of the trading enterprise. Research methods – theoretical and empirical research methods were used, with the main ones being a systematic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis (comparison, analogy, abstraction, formalization, classification, decomposition), structural analysis, modeling, including graphical and mathematical. The scientific novelty lies in the development of the concept of modeling information management systems for logistics of trading enterprises for the first time; structured processes for ensuring stable operation of the trading enterprise were developed; multi-objective models for comprehensive management of logistics information flows of trading enterprises were developed; further development of the conceptual foundations of the information management system for logistics of trading enterprises was achieved.
