Description

The object of the study is the safety of mining operations in the mining areas of coal mines. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for ensuring the safe development of the d4 coal seam, which is threatened by sudden coal and gas emissions, 1 southern bench of unit 9 of PJSC Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» by supplying fresh air to the cleaning face of one production without refreshing the outlet ventilation air stream. Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining-technical characteristics of the quarry section 1 of the southern bench of block 9 of PJSC Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» were analyzed. "Recommendations for ensuring the safe working out of the d4 coal seam, threatened by sudden releases of coal and gas, 1 southern bench of unit 9 of PJSC Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» for supplying fresh air to the cleaning face of one production without refreshing the exit ventilation air stream" have been developed. It was agreed to work out 1 southern bench of unit 9 with fresh air supply to the cleaning face of one product without refreshing the outgoing air jet, provided that the developed recommendations for ensuring gas safety are met. As a result of the application of the developed recommendations, the safety of mining operations is ensured, which is of great socio-economic and ecological importance.
