Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining-technical characteristics of the quarry section 8 of the southern "bis" lava of block 10 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE»" were analyzed. "Recommendations for ensuring the safe exploitation of coal seam d4, threatened by sudden releases of coal and gas, 8 southern "bis" lava of block 10 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» for supplying fresh air to the cleaning face of one production without refreshing the outlet ventilation air stream" were developed . It was agreed to work out the 8 southern "bis" pits of block 10 with the supply of fresh air to the cleaning face one piece at a time without refreshing the outgoing air jet, provided that the developed recommendations for ensuring gas safety are met.
