Registration Date 27-03-2024 Organization Lviv Polytechnic National University popup.description2 The properties of the components for the fine-grained compositions of the textured layer of vibro-pressed concrete mixtures were investigated. The following were studied in laboratory conditions: Portland cements produced by Ivano-Frankivskcement PJSC (Yamnytsia), washed sands from the Slavutsky balance quarry with a particle size modulus of Mkr>2.1; sands of Davydivskyi and Hlibovytskyi quarries with different coarseness modules; the washed product of the crushing of hard rocks with a fraction of 1.0 to 2.0 mm, which are obtained at the production facilities of "Riestra" LLC in the village of Mylyatichi, Lviv region. The grain composition of aggregates (Slavut sand and the product of crushing granite material) was determined in accordance with DSTU B V.2.7-71-98. The general granulometry of aggregates was determined in accordance with DSTU B V.2.7-32-95, DSTU B V.2.7-232:2010. Physico-mechanical, physical properties of various portland cements PC II/А-В-500Р-Н according to DSTU B V.2.7-185:2009 were determined. The effect of modifiers on the technical properties (flexural tensile strength, prismatic strength, modulus of elasticity, Poisson's ratio) and operational properties of high-strength fine-grained concrete and the selection of optimal compositions with different aggregates for vibro-pressed products and testing of strength characteristics were studied.
