The purpose of the work: to investigate the methodology of the theory of collective social responsibility; determine the main organizational mechanisms of social responsibility (SR); to determine the transformational traits of managers (leaders) and to offer a toolkit for their development based on the principles of the CSR paradigm. Research methods: systematic, expert, transversal approaches, website research, non-financial social reporting (report on CSR activities; report on the progress of the implementation of the principles of the Global Compact; report on sustainable development; report according to the ISO 26000 standard.). The historical aspect of the formation of the concept of social responsibility, perspectives of its mission and basic principles, correlation with the idea of sustainable development, democratization and humanization of labor relations are considered. Social responsibility is presented through the theory of traits of H. Allport and the author's concept of V. Kryzhka - leadership. Authorized portraits of successful business and education managers of the Northern Azov region were created. These are, in fact, organizational and behavioral models of successful implementation of the concept of social responsibility. Collaborationism is the destruction of the personality of a teacher, an entrepreneur, generated by personal uncertainty in relation to the real situation.
