I. Mechnikov National University popup.description2  A new theoretical approach regarding the mechanism of metabolic disturbances in the bone tissue of rats that received toxic substances (alcohol, aluminum chloride, hydrazine sulfate, potassium perchlorate, α-cypermethrin) or were in the state of hypoestrogeny is proposed. It has been suggested that the development of bone tissue pathology in animals that exposed under pathogenic factors may be associated with a decrease in calcium absorption in the small intestine, that is a consequence of the development of inflammation and dysbiosis. The decreased absorption of calcium leads to its decrease in the blood, which in turn, triggers the resorption of bone tissue (increased activity of bone acid phosphatase and elastase) due to the activation of parathyroid hormone and leads to the formation of the defective bone tissue. It is theoretically substantiated and experimentally confirmed that the consumption of the developed complex prophylactic drug based on Ostrea citrate, quercetin, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, ascorbic acid, vitamin D3, selenium, manganese, and copper leads to a decrease in inflammatory processes and the bone tissue resorption in rats under the influence of the studied pathogenic factors or intoxication with xenobiotics. The effect of the prophylactic complex is enhanced due to its properties to prevent the development of inflammation and dysbiotic phenomena in the mucous membranes of the digestive tract, especially in the small intestine in laboratory rats under modeling pathological conditions Product Description popup.authors Akisheva Alina S.
