Based on the survey of Kyiv residents by the method of standardized interviews, the sample size of 2000 Kyiv residents, an analysis of indicators and indicators for the implementation of the Kyiv Development Strategy until 2025, adapted to the conditions of martial law, was carried out and the determinants of life support of the Kyiv territorial community under martial law were analyzed. As a result of the work carried out: The state and development of the socio-economic characteristics of the territorial community of the capital under martial law are analyzed; an assessment of the quality of living conditions, infrastructure and life support systems of the city under martial law was carried out by citizens; The main factors of social tension caused by military threats are identified. It is determined that the people of Kyiv positively assess the efforts of the city authorities in ensuring the uninterrupted provision of life support services for the people of Kyiv. Based on the analysis of the results on the effectiveness of the city authorities in the context of individual sectors of the City Development Strategy until 2025, trends in improving or maintaining the assessments of Kyiv residents in most sectors are recorded.
