The subject of the study is the development of methodological recommendations for the calculation of the fee for the temporary use of places for the location of advertising means of outdoor advertising, which are communally owned in the territory of the Podilsk City Territorial Community. The purpose of this study is to create a transparent mechanism for calculating fees for the temporary use of places for the placement of outdoor advertising media that are communally owned on the territory of the Podilsk City Territorial Community. In the process of preparing the work, general scientific and special methods of cognition were used: analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, the method of constructing analytical tables - for a visual representation of the research results. Regulatory and legislative acts of Ukraine, as well as analytical reports and studies of the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition together with specialized industry associations and the largest players of the advertising and communication market served as the information base of the research. The main scientific result of the study is the method of determining the amount of the fee for the temporary use of places for the location of advertising means of outdoor advertising. The practical value of the scientific work is that the presented method is uniform for all subjects of economic activity and is applied throughout the entire territory of the Podilsk urban territorial community, regardless of the functional use of the located object.
