Researching methods – observation; analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction; comparison; abstract and logical (to form the theoretical basis of the research); method of legal comparison (to study foreign experience of mutual administrative assistance in the joint transit procedure); method of legal analysis (to study the legal and organizational aspects of mutual administrative assistance in the joint transit procedure in Ukraine); dialectical cognition (for the development of proposals for improving national legislation and organizational support for the implementation of mutual administrative assistance in the joint transit procedure); graphical and tabular methods (for the development of analytical illustrative material of the SRSTR). Significance of the research lies at the fact that the results of the caring out of it will be implemented in the way of the implementing provisions of the international legislation and improving the national legislation on the implementation of the mutual administrative assistance at the common transit procedure, and also implementation of appropriate organizational measures. Further development of the research subject will provide an opportunity to improve the system of the implementation of the mutual administrative assistance at the common transit procedure in Ukraine.
